Elementz embraces and leverages the richness of Hip Hop Culture to continue to help the young people we serve be catalysts of change and to engage in creative futures. We work to intentionally Preserve, Protect and Advance Hip Hop as art, culture and a global economic and creative force, while helping our young people. In addition we work to amplify preparation for the creative workforce by providing academic and social-emotional support as well as exposure to generate opportunities for future success.
Elementz offers a full suite of arts enrichment programming rooted in the globally accessible and culturally relevant artform of Hip Hop. Our offerings reflect the basic tenets of Hip Hop culture which involve DJing, MCing and spoken word, visual art in the graffiti and animation style, and Hip Hop street dance.

Each year, your gifts to ArtsWave support the work of over 150 arts organizations, like Elementz, plus independent artists too. Founded in 1994, Bi-Okoto (pronounced Bee-O-Ko-Toe) is a non-profit 501(c)3 multicultural arts education performance, touring and presenting organization. Our mission is to preserve and share the heritage of Africa by using traditional arts as an educational tool to promote cultural awareness in communities globally.
